An major re-imagining of three key customer touch points - web brochureware, dealer app and my Audi site & app. The creative depicts a customer journey covering the brochureware research phase - saving a model to my Audi. A dealer visit with a close match to a saved model, then further customisation via dealer iPad app. Post purchase my Audi owners site and app.
